ANILAM CONTROL SYSTEMS

Cnc control systems from Anilam are now offered by CNC Mills as complete kits or custom configurations. These retrofit cnc servo motor control systems are available for your manual boring mills, lathes or milling machines. These controls are configured in 2, or 3 axis in conventional G Codes or a new intuitive conversational programming mode.

CNC MILLING MACHINE RETROFIT KITS

The new 3000M is a complete kit for your vertical milling machine in either 2 or 3 axis. The kit comes as a complete turn-key package that includes:

• ballscrews
• servo motors
• quill drive
• feedback
• cables
• operator panel

In short, everything you need to install a complete cnc milling machine control for your vertical mill.

And if you have an old outdated Crusader II Control, consider upgrading to the brand new 3000M.

CNC LATHE RETROFIT CONTROL

The series 4200T lathe control is configured expressly for cnc operation of your lathe. Features include the versatile teach in mode which records your production of the first part then allow automatic production of the rest. This turning control can be operated in:

• semiautomatic mode
• manual mode
• automatic mode
• single step mode

And with intuitive interaction, no prior programming knowledge is necessary. In the programming mode you can use G-codes to shape or draw a part. Then after you have manually manufactured a part, the program will teach or program itself to cut a production run. In the canned cycles phase, after a few parameters are specified, it will complete the program.

INTEGRATED CAM CONTROLLER

The series 5000 cnc is a powerful yet cost effective retrofit control that are mated to a superb line of Anilam servo motors and drives to allow control of up to 3 axes of motion. Anilam motors and drive products are manufactured by Heidenhain's SEM division in Europe. The pedigree is apparent from first look to installed performance.
